Geri Kidawski, a resident at Turnberry Place Assisted Living, has terminal cancer. Her oldest son, Chris Kidawski, 34, was expecting to get married in February to Jaqueline Diaz-Sua.

Geri, however, recently found out that she probably isn’t going to make it until then. So Tamra Meurer and a number of other local Fort Collins businesses pulled together to bring the wedding to Fort Collins.

On Sunday, September 23rd, the courtyard at Turnberry Place hosted this tear-jerking event.

Mothers’ Day 2010 was a fun day for our residents and families as we celebrated the day; many were wearing special hats.

June  was a lot of fun for our residents at Turnberry Place as well.  We had a special guest, Haeley Vaughn. Earlier this year, Haeley was among the top 12 girls in 2010′s American Idol.  Our residents thoroughly enjoyed her performance at our home.
