Levels of Care and Rates of Care for TPAL

TURNBERRY PLACE utilizes an assessment of care needs based on assistance required by the resident to determine monthly care rates. Monthly rates are also determined based on the room selected. We offer semi private rooms, private rooms, and private conversion rooms. We are licensed with the State of Colorado to provide care for up to 6 residents. Room selection will be based on availability as well as resident preference.

Levels of Care are based on the following areas of resident care needs:

• Mobility and Transferring
• Ambulation and use of Medical Equipment
• Need for Oxygen
• Medication Administration
• Assistance with Bathing and Dressing, Oral Care, Meal Assistance
• Toileting and Continence needs
• Memory, Judgment, and Adaptation to Change
